I am so sedentary that it is hard to start moving with a class or video. Funny thing is that I usually feel like it then notice my feet are painful so have to be creative. My favorite exercise is dancing to zumba! Love that latin rhythm! My Grace loves to join in when I dance...Preston and Tyler love to do the Hokey Pokey with us too! So for now I am going to do leg lifts in my chair and arm lifts with my weights...2 sets of 25.
